Free members can create an account, build a profile, review community expectations, and use available discovery and communication features according to current site limits.
Premium plans are not active until approved billing credentials and final pricing are configured. Pinay Promise does not hide renewal terms, use pre-checked paid add-ons, or charge members without clear checkout confirmation.
